A native of São Paulo, Brazil, Andrezza moved to Florida when she was 18 years old and graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Marketing. After college, she got her Florida real estate license and fell in love with the market.
As a result of the recession, Andrezza decided to join a property management company in 2009 and helped manage 45,000 units nationwide. Over the course of those 11 years, she truly learned the value of customer service and loyalty.
Now in the Los Angeles area, Andrezza applies her well-developed teaching, guidance, and advocacy skills to represent clients in a successful buy or sale of their home.
